PhotoShop – Design A Computer Case

Here you will be tought how to make a cool computer case.

1) Open a window about 450 x 300. Make the background color gray, but it can really be anything.

2) Using the Rectangle Marquee tool create a small rectangle. Fill it with white on a new layer.

3) Go to EDIT > TRANSFORM > PERSPECTIVE and shrink the right side of the rectange a bit.

4) Create another rectange on the left side of this one and do the same thing. Also on another layer. Notice I cut off a little from our first rectange cause it was a little too big.

5) Time to make the base. Using the Polygon Lasso tool create this shape below the case.
Then fill it with /black. Make this layer the bottom layer.

5) Now select the front case layer and go to LAYER > LAYER STYLE > GRADIENT OVERLAY and use these settings. Left side should be a light gray. Right side should be white. Move the middle part over a bit to the left.

Now do the same for the side of the case using the same settings.

7) Now for each side of the case, go to LAYER > LAYER STYLE > STROKE. User Size 2 and a gray color.

Now just add some stuff to your case. I added a link accoss the face. And gave it a slight drop shadow. You can put a small circle for a power button. And pretty much anything else you want.

Heres some other cases that I made a while ago.
